At Cram Osteopaths, we aim to achieve a high level of mechanical stability in our patients to allow them to reach optimum function and health. Osteopathy works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.
Treatment involves muscle and joint movement and manipulation techniques with the aim of enhancing the blood and nerve supply to tissues to alleviate pain and promote healthy recovery.
