We are stockists of Solgar, Quest, F.S.C., Natures Aid Supplements and a full range of Bioforce Herbal Products. Pure and natural organic skin care ranges from Barefoot Botanicals, Aubreys. Speciality creams for eczema, dry skin and psoriasis also available. Wide range of gluten free products and organic foods. Garstang Health Food Store was first established in 1971 and for the last 3 years has been run by Nick Tofalos, Osteopath and Proprietor.
Nick is a member of the Institute of Classical Osteopathy, and has been treating clients at Garstang Natural Health for over seven years. We supply the full range of the unique and holistic Dr. Hauschka Skin Care and Make Up products. These are made using no synthetic chemicals and are completely natural. The Dr. Hauschka Rhythmic Treatments use a holistic approach to support the skin's inherent ability to regulate and heal itself.
