About the Business
My name is Thomas Nors Pedersen and I am a state registered osteopath. As you may be able to see from my name I was not born in this country but originate from Denmark. I came over here in 1995 to spend a year exploring this wonderful country - I got hooked and never went back. I trained at the British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathy where I completed a 4 year honours degree. Since qualifying I have been working in private practice. I have also lectured in practical osteopathic skills at a London university for several years.
Since qualifying I have undertaken postgraduate courses in many subjects. These include cranial osteopathy, exercise and health, core stability and pelvic stability. I have a keen interest in exercise. When I was younger I was a competitive swimmer and did many other sports. Over the last 10 years I have enjoyed practising tai chi and yoga as well as swimming and cycling.
