Drop-in meditation classes will be held every other Sunday by Bernie Heaney. Bernie is also offering The Reconnect Programme on Sundays which is an exciting new therapeutic experience combining bodywork and mindfulness. This programme is particularly suitable for people suffering from chronic pain.
