About the Business

HG1 Osteopathy was opened in 2010 and is owned and run by Jill Green BSc (Hons) Ost, MSc. Jill graduated from Oxford Brookes University and has established her own practice in Harrogate. You will be seen by a fully qualified & GOsC registered Osteopath. As a new patient your first session will last approximately 1 hour. You will be asked about your general health, medications, your current complaint and past medical history.

A fundamental principle of osteopathy is that the body is a self-regulating, self-healing mechanism, constantly working to establish its optimum level of health. We treat a variety of conditions to help maintain good mechanical function essential to good health.
