We use a wide range of safe and gentle techniques, drawing from 'structural', 'cranial' and 'visceral' fields of osteopathy. We aim to find the treatment approach best suited to each individual. The central idea in osteopathy is that the body will function properly and self-adjust to maintain good health as long as all the moving parts of the structure are free to move mechanically as they should.

When you come for your first appointment, a double length session is booked so that the osteopath can gather all the information necessary to understand your problem and ensure that it is safe to treat you. Typically this will take about 1 hour.
